Statement By Mr. Cassell Anthony Kuoh On His Expulsion by the LFA

Monrovia, Liberia

July 8, 2026

I want to thank my family, friends, supporters, players, staff, members of the football community, and all well-meaning Liberians who have reached out to me following recent developments concerning my role in football.

At this stage, I will not discuss the details of the ongoing process.

I believe the matter should be handled through the proper channels, and I remain confident that fairness, due process, and the governing rules of football will prevail.

However, I want to make one thing clear: my commitment to football remains strong and unchanged.

Football has never been a passing interest for me.

It is something I believe in deeply because of what it does for young people, families, and communities.

Through football, young men and women find discipline, purpose, opportunity, exposure, and hope.

Through football, people earn a living, families are supported, and communities are inspired.

My presence in football has always been about youth empowerment, competition, development, and opportunity.

It has been about creating a platform where young Liberians can dream,

compete, grow, and build better lives.

It has also been about supporting the many coaches, players, staff, workers, vendors, families, and ordinary football lovers whose livelihoods and happiness are connected to the game.

That is why any decision that affects my participation in football is not only about me.

It affects the hundreds of people who love this game, depend on these initiatives, and believe in the work we are doing to move Liberian football forward.

I remain peaceful, focused, and respectful of the process. I ask my supporters, players, staff, and the public to remain calm and patient. We must continue to believe that the right thing will be done.

To the young people and families who continue to depend on our work, I say this: our vision remains alive, our commitment remains firm, and our love for football remains unshaken.

Thank you for your continued support, prayers, and confidence.

Mr. Cassell Anthony Kuoh

President & CEO FC Fassell
