Africa’s oldest mass-based Student Unificaiton Party has welcomed Speaker Richard Nagbe Koon on the Capitol Hill campus of the University of Liberia.
It can be recalled few weeks ago that the student movement termed the campuses of the University of Liberia a “no-go” zone for Speaker Koon.
An official petitoin, outling a litany of plights facing university students and longstanding challenges affecting access to quality tertiary education, was presented by SUP to Speaker Koon.
The Speaker promised to work along with his colleagues, including the Executive branch of government, to address the plights of the students
