“During the investigation into the US$19.2 million cocaine seizure at Roberts International Airport, Mr. Kollie publicly provided information and raised questions about people, businesses, and relationships allegedly connected to the shipment. Subsequent investigations and official disclosures showed proof that his information was correct and led to criminal charges. This therefore suggests that Mr. Kollie may have access to intelligence that is not easily available to the Joint Security through its established channels.
