“We could be raped. We could be killed”: Criminals entered on Female Stduents at Cuttington University Girls’ Dormitory; made away with several laptops and other valuables

By Archie Ayouba Boan

An investigation by Verity News has uncovered a disturbing situation where more than 100 female students residing at the Rally Hall Dormitory of the Cuttington University were attacked after unknown criminals violently broke into the facility at around 4:00am on Thursday, April 30, 2026.

Though an administrator is seen asking the students in one of the footage not to let the information out, this paper has obtained multiple leaked videos of the scenes as students are demanding justice and accountability.

“…There is no security. This place is not safe. We could be raped. We could be killed. We are unsafe and unprotected. We have complained to the administration several times about this. Criminals armed with weapons, including machetes, forcibly entered on us while we were asleep in the dormitory. It happened around 4:00am at Rally Hall Dormitory in Suacoco, Bong County. We are more than 100 girls in this dormitory occupying 18 rooms. We are like 5 to 6 persons in one room. We pay 100 USD every semester per student as dormitory fee. The least amount a student pays here in tuition is US$700, but we have no security when most of us pay over US$1,000 per semester. Honestly, we are lacking a lot of basic services. They took our laptops and other valuables. Who pays for this? If there is no justice. No school,” multiple university students to Verity News

Efforts to get reactions from the administration did not materialize up to reporting time.

This paper will upload the videos in a jiffy.
