In a move that underscores the United States’ continued commitment to strengthening its relationship with Liberia, veteran diplomat Mark C. Toner has been appointed as the new U.S. Ambassador to Liberia.
With decades of experience in public diplomacy and international relations, Ambassador Toner’s appointment is expected to bolster the longstanding ties between the two nations.
