The Liberian Law (Gross Violation):
When you have a prospecting license under our laws, you cannot extract and sell minerals. Doing so is ILLEGAL. What can you do? You can only explore or search for mineral deposits (e.g., gold). It is ILLEGAL for Henry Costa to be mining (extracting) gold in Gbarpolu County under a prospecting license. Costa is violating Chapter 14 Section 5 of The 2000 Mining Law of Liberia.
Who is holding him or who will hold him fully accountable for this brazen violation? From a Geological Perspective and a Legal Standpoint (domestic law), prospecting license is different from mining license. Prospecting License = Legal Right to Search/Explore for Minerals while Mining License = Legal Right to Extract Minerals for Commercial Purpose. Henry Costa is extracting minerals (e.g., gold) for commercial purpose under a prospecting license. Who’s going to checkmate him for this gross violation? The PEOPLE of Gbarpolu are being ripped off and their mineral resources are being gang-raped. This MUST stop now.
Let’s just assume for a moment that Henry Costa is/was ignorant of this mining LAW, but his action/inaction is still an infraction to or a breach of a fundamental legal principle: “Ignorantia juris non excusat,” which means “ignorance of the law excuses no one.” Should Costa be prosecuted?
Let’s say this much today to you, Henry Costa: Neither you nor anyone can DISTRACT this national cause against drug traffickers and international drug trafficking organizations (DTOs). Nobody can distract this evidence-based exercise. Not even Fox News, CNN, BBC, Reuters, AP, WADR, and Al Jazeera combined. STOP wasting your time. We are fighting for hundreds of thousands of grieving families who have lost their children to drugs and graveyards across Liberia. Almost half a million youth in Liberia are now severely damaged by drugs (LDEA Report, 2024). Who pays for this huge damage?
Everyone linked to drug trafficking and money laundering MUST fully account. No one should be shielded. No sacred cow. This national fight against drugs is not politics and no amount of propaganda or attack on my persona can undermine it. Attack us, all you want, but we remain focused. We see you going all out to defend an international drug capone like Stephene Audrey and her main facilitator IG Gregory Coleman who even provided multiple police escorts for her between 2024 and 2026. This only speaks volume about how greed wrecks. Don’t allow them to use you as a “mouth for sale.” IG Coleman did serious business with the Drug Cartel. This is a 100% fact.
You can take your dirty money from Capone Stephene without attacking us. You have had more than two useless LIVE broadcasts and written more than eight feeble Facebook posts only to launch a salvo of fruitless attacks on my person. Cheap shots, though.
