Liberian musician Barsee narrowly escaped a tragic accident early Monday morning after the vehicle he was traveling in veered off the road near Cooper Farm, just minutes from Kakata, Margibi County.
According to reports, the incident occurred around 6:00 a.m. while Barsee and three others were returning from Gbarnga, Bong County, en route to Roberts International Airport, where the artist was scheduled to catch a flight to India at 9:00 a.m.
The vehicle’s driver said the accident was caused by fatigue and sleep, leading to a brief loss of control of the vehicle.
Despite the frightening scene, all four occupants, including Barsee, escaped without injury. The artist has since resumed his journey to the airport and is reportedly doing fine.
Fans across social media have expressed relief and gratitude that the Liberian superstar was unharmed, with many calling it “a miracle.”
Authorities are yet to release an official statement on the incident, but sources confirm that the vehicle sustained minor damage.
