One of the new buses belonging to the National Transit Authority (NTA) has been seriously damaged due to a terrible road accident.
The bus, which runs from Monrovia to Ganta, crashed on the highway around Ziezu in Bong County while it was en route from Nimba County to Monrovia.
Initially reports from eyewitnesses, who spoke to Verity News, suggest that there were no casualties as authorities of the NTA remain tightlipped on the situation up to press time.
Efforts to obtain more information about the accident from the NTA Communications Director did not materialize.
