‎Monrovia, Liberia – The Ruling Unity Party National Chairman Luther Tarpeh has intensified calls for an immediate reshuffle of President Joseph Boakai’s Cabinet, urging the President to remove government officials who are underperforming.

‎Speaking in an interview on State Radio on Wednesday, Tarpeh stressed that several sectors of government require improvement through the appointment of capable and competent individuals. He noted that the President cannot afford to retain officials who are failing to meet expectations and deliver on their responsibilities.

‎According to Tarpeh, any official who appears to be underperforming should be replaced, warning that their continued presence in government could undermine both the progress of the administration and the image of the ruling Unity Party.

‎He further urged President Boakai to retain competent Liberians who are making meaningful contributions to the country’s growth and development, emphasizing that ineffective leadership should not be tolerated at a time when Liberians are expecting the change promised by the government.
