GRAND BASSA COUNTY — The family of former Grand Bassa County Superintendent Janjay Baikpeh has confirmed his death.
Baikpeh, who previously served as Superintendent of Grand Bassa County, was also a prominent stalwart of the Congress for Democratic Change (CDC).
